Recipe for extremely tasty cookies
ingredients
- 300g butter
- 4dl sugar
- 4tbsp syrup
- 4teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 7dl wheat flour
- 1tbsp bicarbonate 3tbsp baking powder
- 1pinch of salt
- 150-200g chocolate chips/
instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°c
- Beat toghether the butter sugar syrup and vanilla sugar into a fluffy batter
- Add the eggs while still whisking, one by one
- In a seperate bowl carefully mix ur wheat floar bicarbonate and salt
- add the dry ingredients to the other bowl and mix gently with a spatula until u have a smoof and stiky dough
- finally add the chokolate chips and mux gently until evenly distributed
- let dough rest for 30 mins before rolling it into 36 equal balls and distributing them on baking sheets covered with baking paper. Press them down lightly and keep a good distance between the cookies on the sheet so that they don't melt together in the oven.
- Bake the cookies in the lower part of the oven for about 10 minutes. They should be just cooked around the edges and still soft in the middle.
- Once you have removed the cookies from the oven, immediately transfer the baking paper with the cookies onto a wire rack to cool.
- If they remain on the hot baking sheet, they will be baked with residual heat and lose their good chewiness in the middle.
- Let cool thoroughly before serving!
